What began in 2019 as a one-person consultancy has grown into something far bigger than a name, a logo, or a single individual. This moment marks an evolution of the work, the team, and the partnerships that have shaped this agency from the very beginning.
From One Desk to a Growing Agency
In 2019, I started this business as Andrew Exler Consulting. It was a one-person operation focused on strategy, guidance, and helping organizations think more clearly about their marketing.
As relationships deepened, so did the work.
What began as consulting evolved into hands-on execution, collaboration, and long-term partnership. Clients were not just looking for advice. They wanted a team that could help carry ideas from strategy to reality and stay involved every step of the way.
That evolution led to Andrew Exler Marketing, and over time, something even bigger began to take shape.
This was no longer a solo operation. It was becoming a team.
Growth Measured in People, Not Just Projects
Since 2019, the growth of this agency has been defined less by scale and more by people.
Today, Exler Marketing includes a full-time Digital Marketing Manager alongside a broader group of strategists, creators, designers, and partners who make up the Exler Marketing ecosystem.
Together, this team supports clients with consistency, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to high-quality work.
This structure allows us to move faster, think more strategically, and stay closely connected to the organizations we support, while maintaining the hands-on approach that has defined the agency from the start.
At a certain point, it became clear that the name of the business needed to reflect that reality.
This was no longer about one person.

It reflects the evolution from a personal consultancy into a team-driven agency. It represents collaboration over individualism, consistency over quick wins, and long-term partnership over one-off projects.
It also stays deeply rooted in where this all began.
A Logo Grounded In Generations
From the beginning, our branding has carried meaning.
When I first started the agency, I drew inspiration from my father’s accounting firm, which itself was founded by my grandfather. Their business was built on trust, precision, and long-standing relationships.
The “X” became a foundational element of our early branding. It also carries personal significance. “X” was the nickname based on our last name shared by my grandfather, my father, and me throughout our lives, bridging three generations.
As a symbol, the X represents connection and precision. It reflects how we approach our work: building strong relationships and delivering marketing support that is thoughtful, reliable, and done with care.
As we enter this new phase, the refreshed Exler Marketing logo carries that same meaning forward. The look is new, but the foundation remains the same. It honors where we came from while signaling where we are going as a growing agency.
